Delivery + Returns
Delivery options:
Click + Collect is available during our regular opening hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect
Postal delivery across the UK is available for a flat fee of £3.95. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days and will send them via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery for all small orders. Larger orders may be sent via courier depending on the size
Refunds + Returns
We hope you’re happy with your order but understand it’s not always the case! If you change your mind we’re happy then for you to return any unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of placing the order for a full refund. Please email us with your order number at bookings@sliceanddice.cafe (this inbox is monitored already for event ticket sales!)
In the unfortunate and hopefully rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect please let us know as soon as possible at bookings@sliceanddice.cafe including photos of any damaged packaging and we will look to arrange a full refund or replacement.
If we don’t hear anything within 14 days of dispatching the order then we will take the delivery as accepted by the customer.
